Camp Wabikon is proud to have a history of responsible, reliable, fun and caring staff working to provide our campers with the best camp experience possible, while also enjoying camp themselves. Many of our staff return year after year to work in a supportive and caring environment that encourages both teamwork and personal growth. Each of our summer staff holds lifeguarding/first-aid certifications, as well as other certifications specific to their area of concentration.

New Wabikon Staff

Wabikon welcomes new applications. If you would like to join our amazing Staff Team please check our minimum qualification requirements below and then click the “New Staff Application” link to apply online. Alternatively, you may send your application, including your resume and cover letter, highlighting your relevant experiences to our Toronto Office or by e-mail to matthew@wabikon.com. Wabikon Staff minimum qualification requirements:

  1. 18 years of age. (by start of camp)
  2. Bronze Cross (or equivalent) lifeguarding certification. (NL preferred)
  3. Responsible, energetic, enthusiastic and loves to work with kids!

Returning Staff

If you have been a Wabikon Staff member within the previous 2 years and wish to return for another amazing summer simply download and return the “Returning Staff Application” form below. Please be sure to highlight ANY changes in your qualifications and contact information. If you have not been a staff member with us for 3 or more summers we require a ‘New Staff Application’ form including your updated resume, cover letter and qualifications.
